Every company should have an employee handbook to describe the company's goals, philosophy, and core principles. If you already have an employee handbook, as most companies do, then it can be easily loaded to Compligo and made available to your employees online. Compli also provides an employee handbook from Fisher & Philips that is tailored for for auto dealerships.
Implementation Options in this Guide
Bring your own Handbook to Compligo
Most companies already have an employee handbook in an electronic format (e.g. Microsoft Word Document) that can be loaded to Compligo. Note that Compli will usually perform this for you as part of a standard implementation of Compligo, and can help you update an existing employee handbook for a fee.
- Create a Binder for your Handbook and name it something like "My Company's Employee Handbook"
- Create Folders within the Binder to organize your Handbook into sections, such as "Introduction", "Company Policies", "Benefits", etc
- Create and Publish a Library Item for each policy within your Employee Handbook.
- Publish each Library Item that you created
- Grant Permissions for your employees to view each Library Item
- Create Activity Templates for any policies that should be signed off on individually, such as the Acknowledgement or that Arbitration Agreement
- Schedule the Activity Templates for Distribution
