To add an action to a customer complaint form, do the following:
- Locate the "Actions" section near the bottom of the Customer Complaint form.
- Click "Add"
- A window will pop up to allow details of the action to be entered.
- Fill out all fields on the pop up window.
- Action Type - Select the appropriate action type
- Subject - Enter a short title / description of the action
- Date / Time - Enter the date / time of the action
- Summary - Provide a detailed summary of the action
- Click Save.
