To add an attachment to a customer complaint, do the following;
- Locate the "Attachments" section near the bottom of the form.
- Click on "Add", a window will pop up to allow the file to be attached.
- Fill out all fields and attach the file.
- Title - Add a title for the attached file.
- Description - Add a detailed description of the attached file
- File - Click "Choose File" to select the file to be attached
- Click Save.
