Accessing the Customer Complaint Form

Complaints are logged using the Customer Complaint form. To access the Customer Complaint form:

  1. Navigate to the Home Page.
  2. Locate the Applications section on the lower right of the page.
  3. Click on Customer Complaint located in the Applications section.
