Folders are the second-level of the Library in Compligo. A Binder can contain multiple folders, and a folder can contain multiple Library Items.
Managing Library Folders includes:
- Adding a Folder
- Editing a Folder
- Reordering Folders within Binders
- adding a new Library Items to a Folder
- editing a Library Item within a Folder
- Deleting Library Items from a folder
- Reordering Library Items within a folder
To add a Folder
- Click on the Admin tab.
- Click on the Library subtab.
- Click on Folders.
- Enter the following information on the the right side of the screen under the "Add Folder" heading:
- Folder Name: Type in the name of the new folder.
- Binder: Select a Binder for the new folder.
- Click Save.
To Edit a Library Folder
- Click on the Admin tab.
- Click on the Library subtab.
- Click on Folders.
- Click on Update to the right of the Folder you wish to edit.
- Folder Name: Enter the new Name of the Folder on the right side of your screen.
- Binder: Select a different Binder from the drop-down to change the Folder location.
- Click on Save.
