The Manage Workspaces page is used to add and edit Workspaces, and to grant administrative permissions to access the Activity Templates within Workspaces.
Navigate to the Workspaces Admin Page
- Click on the Admin tab.
- Click on the Workspaces subtab to view a list of all existing workspaces in the system.
Add a Workspace
- Click on Add New Workspace.
- In the prompt that appears:
- Add a Name for the new Workspace (required).
- Click on Upload to add an image file to display as a thumbnail icon next to the Workspace name.
- Click on Add new to add Initiatives that will group Activities Templates within the Workspace.
- Click on Save.
Edit a Workspace
- Click on the Edit link in the row of the desired Workspace.
- In the prompt that appears:
- Edit the Name for the existing workspace.
- Click on Upload to add an image file to display as a thumbnail icon next to the Workspace name.
- Click on Add new to add more Initiatives that will group Activities Templates within the Workspace.
- Click on Save.
Edit Workspace Permissions
- Click on the Permissions link in the row of the desired Workspace.
- In the prompt that appears, click on Add new to add or Delete to remove groups of users from the following Workspace permission rights:
- Read Permissions: Groups that can read Activity Templates within the Workspace. Users with this permission are able to view existing Activity Templates, but are not able to edit them or create new ones.
- Workspace Admin: Groups that can create Initiatives within the Workspace, and also grant Permissions (Read, Edit and Publish) to other Groups.
- Edit Permissions: Groups that can edit existing Activity Templates within the Workspace.
- Publish Permissions: Groups that can set scheduling on Activity Templates within the Workspace.
- Click on Save.
