Issues Addressed

  • Fixed problem where the Queues page could sometimes fail to completely load
  • Fixed problem that caused an activity to disappear from the subject's personnel file if it had been released back to a queue
  • Fixed a readability issue with the compliance percentages on the Team Compliance page

Customer Enhancements

  • Added the Location Name of the subject of each activity to the Queues page
