Compligo downloads nightly inspection and violation data from the FMCSA Compass Portal. Sometimes, we cannot match an inspection to a Personnel File based on their Commercial Driver's License Number and State. This can occur for various reasons, such as officer error or multiple drivers licenses/states. Note: you must submit a request through the FMCSA Compass Portal to resolve data quality issues, such as a violation for a driver employed by a different carrier.
To manually match an unmatched inspection to a driver
- Click on the Queues Tab
- Click on the FMCSA subtab
- Click > Match for each entry in the list.
- At the bottom of the page, type part of the Driver’s name and click Go to search for her
- Click the Match button to match the inspection to a driver
