The Queues Tab contains assigned Queues. A Queue holds activities not yet processed. Because few users are typically assigned to queues, this page is often empty.
My Queue shows activities taken from a Queue. These activities are also placed into the Inbox. You are responsible for completing everything in My Queue.
Shared Queues contain activities that can be completed by more than one person. Queues are named for the Department, Group or the Role played in completing a stage of a form.
