Navigating the Workspaces Tab

The Workspaces Tab stores your organization's Initiatives and Activity Templates. 

Workspaces 

Workspaces represent a department or division within the company, such as Human Resources, Operations or Compliance. Workspaces may contain any number of Initiatives.

Initiatives 

Initiatives represent specific subjects or goals that Compligo helps Workspace owners carry out. Each Initiative can have any number of Activity Templates.

Activity Templates 

Activity Templates combine forms and Library items to distribute activities to users based on a schedule, or to allow users to start forms on their own. These Activities can require a user to supply their electronic signature or other required information.
