To view Team Time Off Requests
- Click on the Calendar tab.
- Click on My Team subtab
- Use the following filters to show:
- Filtering options include date range, request type, request status, supervisor, and user type.
- User type options include, direct reports, indirect reports, and non reports.
- Indirect Reports include users who report to you, through one or more levels of supervisors.
- Non Reports are users who have no supervisor.
3. A table of all targeted requests will generate based on the selected filters.
4. Sort this table by column headings. Below that table is a calendar that displays users with requested time off by day.
Approved and Pending requests will appear on the calendar, but not denied or canceled requests.
Supervisors and Administrators can view the Team Time Off Requests.
