Issues Addressed:
Direct Deposit Form Data Issue: When adding some required information into the Direct Deposit form, that information was not being saved and the user was able to save past the Employee Stage. This has been resolved so the information is saved, and any required information must be entered before a user can move the form past the Employee Stage.
Time Off Request Issues: When Supervisors were filling out a multi-day Time Off Request for another user, only the first day would be linked to that user. Any additional request days would not show. This has been resolved so the all days associated with the request appear and are linked to the Time Off Request Form’s user.
Print View Issue – Activities with Rich Text Images: For some customers, adding a Rich Text Image to an Activity Template was not showing the image when viewing the Activity in Print View. This has been resolved so that the image in the form shows when viewing the Activity in Print View.
Print View Issue – Arbitration Agreement Text Missing: When viewing the Arbitration Agreement Form in Print View, the Arbitration text was not showing. This has been resolved so the Arbitration text shows when viewing the Arbitration Agreement Form in Print View.
Print View Issue – State Value Shows as Numerical Value: When viewing the Employee Basic and Emergency Contact Information form in Print View, the state value would show as a numerical value instead of the state value (ex. CO, CA, etc.). This has been resolved so the state value shows in Print View.
Print View Issue – “Something Went Wrong” – Some customers were experiencing a “Something went wrong” error when attempting to complete an Activity. This has been resolved so those customers will not receive “Something went wrong” errors when attempting to complete an Activity.
Dynamic Groups Not Updating: Some user roles in Dynamic Groups were not updating for site users. This has been resolved so the User Role Dynamic Group properly updates, and users belong to the correct Dynamic Group along with those Group’s permissions.
W4 Forms Update: New field objects added to 2020 W4 forms were affecting customer workflows/processes and causing issues retaining historical data. This has been resolved so the 2020 W4 form and any historical data is retained and does not affect form workflows/processes.
Features:
New Branding: Customers who log into the February 2020 release of Compligo will notice new branding in the Header.
