Customer Enhancements
Activities that fail to route will go to the General Failure queue even if the queue has been renamed to something else.
If the General Failure queue has been deleted, the system will re-create that queue and grant the Administrators group the permission to view it. This ensures that forms activities can always route to this queue when a routing failure occurs.
