Issues Addressed

• Improved Fail2Ban logic to reduce the frequency of "false positive" ten-minute bans
• Activity Manifest now works using Internet Explorer 11
• Resolved an issue that caused some forms to be repeated when printed
• Disabled Activity Templates can no longer be started from the Home Page

New Features

• Time Off Date records are now automatically set to to "Cancelled" when the activity is aborted
• Administrators can now override the Computer-Based Training validation to manually set a training to Complete
• The Hire Date field on the Activities Page of the Personnel File can now be hidden on a per-site basis
